REVIEWS Reviews are the personal opinions of users about a real, completed SpareRents transaction. Only participants in that booking may review it. We do not remove a review simply because it is negative or unflattering. WHAT WE REMOVE Fake reviews or reviews for transactions that did not happen; review manipulation, trading or incentivized reviews; harassment, threats, hate speech or personal attacks; content that is irrelevant to the rental; private personal information; illegal content; content that misrepresents evidence in a claim; and other violations of these policies. LISTINGS AND UPLOADS Listing text, photographs and uploaded evidence must be accurate and yours to share. We may remove misleading photographs, stock images passed off as the item, prohibited items, unsafe listings and infringing content. HOW MODERATION WORKS We review reports from users and our own signals. We may remove or hide content, restrict a listing, or suspend or ban an account. We keep an internal record of moderation actions. Repeated or severe violations can lead to a permanent ban. DISAGREEING WITH A DECISION Email djays1618@gmail.com to ask us to look again.
